Beethoven's Rescue, Inc, provides an opportunity for veterans looking for a second chance to become dog handlers and trainers. Our training program teaches veterans how to train service, companion and/or therapy dogs for other veterans in need.

Beethoven's Rescue, Inc, provides service dogs for veterans throughout Commerce City, Colorado, and the surrounding areas. Our dogs come from private breeders, rescues, and shelters. We aim to teach these dogs how to perform helpful tasks, such as helping veterans with balance and mobile stability, retrieving items that have been dropped or unreachable. The dogs are trained to help the veteran feel safe, assist with mobile stability, keep the veteran calm and provide comfort, especially when out in the community.

Behavioral Training - Classes are held three times a year and we accept seven students per class. When accepted, you will be assigned a dog and learn basic behavioral training.
